I just want my money back from the purchases that were made back in September of 2009, 3 purchases, I should add, that I don't remember making or authorizing. I only just found out about them after the oldest one was about 10 days past the 6 month mark. Since then, the guys at this company have been giving me the run-around and ignoring my e-mails. I was close enough to when I was still due a refund, by law, when they decided to ignore my e-mails. By law, you usually have about 6 months to request refunds from a company, especially if a purchase or purchases were made without your knowledge, but made none-the-less. Sungho is the guy that was corresponding with the person who was trying to help me out, but he was stonewalling the guy helping me at every turn. Noah, the guy who is one of the co-owners and CEOs needs to get it in gear and give me back my money. If not I will seek legal counsel. I have already reported the company to all pertinent groups. Be reasonable, and just give me my money back, and let's be done with this.

I think that's what MMORPG developers (like world of warcraft) are doing nowadays that's why they have a lot of subscribers and continuous to prosper every year. If FB game publishers would follow that for sure they'll be collecting more money
