Hey Andrew,

Just recently found your blog and have become an avid reader. I too am in need of some developers for my startup! We've taken the strategy of searching for 4th year undergrads with mediocre grades but who are genius programmers. We're a startup, so we can't really pay them much, but what we do offer is startup experience and a fun team!

We're currently hiring some programmers right now, and if we have some people that I can refer your way I definitely will!
