There are many of us who absolutely refuse to follow those that make extensive use of Twitter Feed. If we already have a RSS of your blog, why would we want that in our Twitter feed as well? Feeding your blog posts into Twitter without any value-added commentary just creates more noise in the 'Twittersphere'.
