Field offices had to report back to the central campaign weekly, giving them a constantly updated view of the facts on the ground.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They turned around those facts to target increasingly specific voter segments as the election approached.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It was an amazing thing to be a part of.</description>
