		<description>&lt;p&gt;I think a period of time where growth is contained can actually build desire in people to join a network (think facebook and the years it was restricted to particular social groups). Particularly whilst they develop value in the network via the tools and content.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Certainly some value from social networks is from the masses however with Facebook I find value even in my own small network - more from the wealth of content their platform play provided.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;As popular as social networking sites are I still think they are yet to find their true value proposition for most users.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mash if kept at a slow burn for a while whilst the kinks are worked out and the value which finds value amongst the saturation of social networks already available will see people clawing for invites. &lt;/p&gt;
